Mangrove's SoHo New Brunch Menu

This past weekend I was invited to try the new brunch menu at Mangrove's SoHo.

When at brunch...it's time for mimosas!

The new brunch menu features an assortment with a little something for everyone. Highlights include Huevos Rancheros, West Coast French Toast, and a classic Eggs Benedict.

This colorful plate is a grilled brie, mango and bacon sandwich with a Cobb side salad.

The chicken and waffles was simultaneously spicy and sweet. True comfort food, I can imagine this would be a great order for someone after a late Saturday night out on the town.
